Customized ImagePro
After implementing image processing, most organizations have found the need for training still exists. Although technology promises faster throughput, the key to obtaining that throughput is still a well-trained employee.
Abby has developed a comprehensive training package designed for use with the particular
imaging environment your company has chosen. As with all our training programs, ImagePro
is modular. Your program administrator has the capability to assign all lessons, or only those
topics that deal with a particular job function. Each lesson teaches one complete concept so
that existing employees may receive remedial benefits, or new employees may learn one or
several job functions in a training session.
Introduction to Imaging
An explanation of the imaging process and the collection of funds in today’s Check 21 environment. Designed to provide your employees with the background and understanding needed to become a productive member of your staff.
Ergonomics
Developed in conjunction with a local university Ergonomics group, this module explains why proper posture in the work environment is important and describes how to best adjust a workstation for optimum ergonomic compatibility. The module also includes a series of exercises designed to relax muscles and relieve stress during the workday.
KeyPro®
TenKey skills are assessed, and appropriate training is applied to increase both speed and accuracy in keying. A variety of speed goal levels is available so that training can be customized to various jobs.
MICR Line Repair
An understanding of the MICR line and its importance begins this lesson on MICR repair. The lesson includes extensive simulation in the MICR Repair function and may be provided on a generic template, or customized to mimic the software your company uses in processing.
Speed Development
This lesson employs a series of drills to assess and increase employee speed in processing. As in TenKey, a baseline speed is recorded, and drills are designed to increase speeds to the level required for the employees’ job. A variety of presentation drills include Key from Courtesy and MICR line keying.
Receiving and Preparing Work
This lesson emphasizes the steps taken in receiving work from messengers and preparing it for imaging. Special procedures for cleaning work, scanning customer teller list tapes, preparing trays for capture pass, and work log use and completion are included.
High Speed Key Entry
Emphasis is placed on rapid, accurate, good judgment in entry rejection and the use of special control keys. Trainees are taught how to call the high-speed key functions, process rejects, and complete jobs -- as well as practice keying amounts.
Customer Error
Teaches the trainee to recognize and correct out of balance conditions in the Imaging Environment. Balance correction situations are simulated for each type of customer error.
Teller Error
Instructs the trainee in to recognize and correct out of balance conditions resulting from teller errors. Correction situations are simulated for a variety of error situations.
