Imaging Productivity Package

Abby’s Check Imaging Productivity Package is a non-customized training suite designed to increase the production of existing employees while giving new employees the background and skills to be productive and produce high quality work.

Give your employees the background, understanding and skills to be more productive when processing your image transactions. Ask us, simulations specific to your brand of software may already be available. Additionally, Productivity Package modules may also be customized to address processing needs at your site.

Introduction to Imaging
The Introduction to Imaging module of Abby’s Imaging Productivity Package provides an explanation of the imaging process and the collection of funds in today’s Check 21 environment. Introduction to Imaging is designed to provide your employees with the background and understanding needed to become a productive member of your staff.

Ergonomics
The Imaging Productivity Package Ergonomics module was developed in conjunction with a local university Ergonomics group. The module explains why proper posture in the work environment is important and describes how to best adjust a workstation for optimum ergonomic compatibility. The module also includes a series of exercises designed to relax muscles and relieve stress during the workday.

KeyPro®
Abby’s Imaging Productivity Package features the KeyPro tenkey training module. KeyPro assesses employee tenkey skills.  Appropriate training is then applied to increase both speed and accuracy in keying. A variety of speed goal levels are available so that training can be customized to various jobs.

MICR Line Repair
The Imaging Productivity Package MICR Line Repair module provides an extensive discussion of the fields of the MICR line and their importance to the imaging process. The lesson includes extensive simulation of the MICR Repair function. The module may be provided on a generic template, or customized to mimic the software your company uses in processing.

Speed Development
The Speed Development module of Abby’s Imaging Productivity Package employs a series of drills to assess and increase employee speed in processing. As in the KeyPro module, a baseline speed is recorded, and drills are applied to increase speeds to the level required for the employees’ job. A variety of presentation drills include Key from Courtesy Amount and Legal Line Keying.
