KeyPro® Enhanced

KeyPro® Enhanced uses Active User Licenses to allow for corporate-wide TenKey training. Unlike the Basic edition, KeyPro® Enhanced comes bundled with a fully functional Virtual Instructor™ and may be installed on any number of office computers. Program access is controlled centrally, so the number of current users is limited only by your number of active licenses, not by the number of machines on which KeyPro® has been installed.

In addition to the skills covered in the KeyPro® Basic package, KeyPro® Enhanced includes a comprehensive lesson on Ergonomics, developed in conjunction with The Ergonomics Center of North Carolina. The lesson features instructions for customizing a data entry workstation; and relaxation and stretching exercises.

KeyPro® Enhanced also offers drills in large number keying for data entry of numbers larger then 7 digits, and a set of Specific Key Improvement exercises to reinforce individual keystroke skills. Reports generated for all exercises include keying speed, item accuracy, and keystroke accuracy.

KeyPro® Enhanced Add-Ons

Key Ahead
Often, production software features the capability for operators to “key ahead” – or view a second number while still keying the first number. In this Abby feature, Trainees may choose how many digits must be input before the next number appears Key ahead skills are sharpened to increase productivity.

Key from Words
Trainees practice inputting numbers from written amounts. An optional version allows the display of the words as currency values.

Legal Line Keying
These exercises, while similar in format as the Key From Words lesson, emphasize keying amounts from a Check’s legal line.

Speed Development for Imagining Environments
Imaged items are presented for the trainee to key. Screens are “generalized” but resemble the keying environment of your imaging process. Speed goals may be set and progress tracking is provided on-line and in printable format.

Skills Assessment
This program allows you to test an individual’s keying skills. The test has been certified as balanced and unbiased in regard to gender, ethnicity, age, or physical impairment. Testing is available for currency keying; large number keying; or alphanumeric (numbers and alphabetic characters combined) keying.

Foreign Language Versions
KeyPro Enhanced training is configured for the addition of a second language. Either French and Spanish language versions are available.
