About non-maintenance support Non-maintenance support costs will be determined by complexity. Each support issue will be assigned one of three levels, with corresponding charges for each level. The costs for support on levels 1 and 2 are fixed, and will be communicated with the initial response to your question. Level 3 support categories involve the most complex issues and the costs of these solutions will be estimated before the support, but not finalized until after the problem has been resolved. Upon receipt of your initial request, Abby will provide you with a level for the support requested, as an incident number required for purchase. All support needs should be forwarded to support@abbyinc.com. Please provide an e-mail address and phone number for Abby to use when responding to your requests. Requests for printed material should also be forwarded to the above-listed support e-mail address. Abby will inform you of printing costs, and wait for your acceptance of the charges before beginning the actual printing job.
